Daniel Abramowitz is a real estate entrepreneur and the architect of Orvida Capital and its affiliated companies (collectively “Orvida”). As the Founder and CEO of Orvida, he directs all aspects of the company, from setting the strategic direction and initiatives to managing day-to-day operations and overseeing all property brokerage and advisory services.
Prior to founding Orvida, Daniel served as the Vice President of Acquisitions for Kingsbarn Realty Capital, where he led the acquisition of more than $1.6 billion in commercial properties across the United States. He also worked in acquisitions for AEI Capital Corporation and in Alternative Investment Due Diligence for FactRight, LLC. This broad expertise in both real estate and the securities industry uniquely qualifies him to guide investors in both realms. His deep knowledge of esoteric real estate funds, combined with his experience working for real estate sponsors and his extensive understanding of commercial real estate, positioned him to start Orvida with a vision of offering an unprecedented range of services in commercial real estate. Through Orvida, Daniel has created a platform that blends institutional-quality services with a comprehensive offering tailored to investors’ specific needs, making him a unique talent and visionary in the industry.
Daniel holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a prestigious credential held by fewer than 10% of real estate professionals. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker-Salesperson in Nevada (BS.0146576) and holds the SIE, Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
